Head of the Supervision and Control Division of the Bandung City Cipta Bintar Service, Irwan Hermawan, said that this building actually already had a permit. In 2012, in the City Plan Statement it was stated that PT Dago Trisinergi Properti had received permission to build a 23-story building on an area of 9,754 square meters on Jalan Ir H Juanda Number 474, Dago, Coblong District, Bandung City. It is possible that this building is not operational due to internal problems
